Pam Crain, Director and Founder
Pam has 14 years of global AR experience, both in-house and agency, heading up AR programmes ranging from multi-billion dollar technology companies to small start-ups.

She has a passion for AR because of her deep understanding of the impact analysts can have on making or breaking companies.

She has experience in defining, implementing, managing and measuring all aspects of an analyst relations programme and has worked both in the US and Europe, Middle East and Africa.  In addition to AR strategy, Pam has hands-on experience with all types of AR including merger and acquisition communications, analyst events, executive spokesperson training, Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave and IDC Market Share report management, consulting days, inquiry programmes, research acquisition and negotiations, and market intelligence.

She has worked extensively with executives and internal stakeholders to drive market leadership and positive mindshare.  She has achieved this through establishing well-balanced programmes that include outbound and inbound communications, as well as leveraging strong personal relationships with analysts.

While at VERITAS Software Pam received recognition as one of the top 5 AR professionals in the industry by Steve Duplessie of ESG. She is also a founding member of the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations (IIAR.)

Marjan Khanji, Associate
Marjan has more than 8 years of technology AR experience where her work has spanned the software, hardware, IT services, mobile and telecoms sectors. With her comprehensive knowledge of the analyst community and experience in a broad range of AR outreach campaigns, she can create tailor-made programmes that guarantee results.

Marjan’s AR experience includes providing strategic counsel, influential analyst targeting, intelligence gathering, programme implementation and results measurement. Having done AR for vendors providing a vast range of services and products, Marjan has a strong understanding of working with stakeholders across several business units within an organisation. She also has in-depth experience in global coordination to implement a single, consolidated AR strategy for international clients.

Marjan has helped start the AR arm of global PR agencies such as Brodeur Worldwide (Pleon), Lighthouse Analyst Relations and Bite Communications where she has led a team of AR practitioners. She is au fait in working with internal and external PR teams to utilise AR as a tool to enhance PR efforts.
